My COVID-19 vaccination info is incorrect in the BC Health Gateway (e.g. wrong vaccine and wrong lot # etc)  What should I do? Do I need to do anything before I get my second dose?

Answer: 
It may take a day or 2 before your COVID-19 vaccine appears in Health Gateway.
 
Health Gateway displays immunization information recorded in the Provincial Immunization Registry (PIR). A process will soon be established so that you can submit a request to update your record in the PIR. You will be asked to provide proof, so make sure you keep any paper records. Details of the new process will be shared on this webpage, when available.
