Does HPV and tetanus shots interact with each other?...

Question:

Does HPV and tetanus shots interact with each other?

Answer:

HPV and tetanus containing vaccines are examples of inactivated vaccines which means that they do not interact or interfere with each other. Getting more than one vaccine at the same time is safe and there is no problem receiving these vaccines at the same time. Research shows that routine childhood vaccines work just as well when they are given at the same visit as when they are given at separate visits, and that giving these vaccines at the same visit does not carry any additional safety risks.
