Hi, I am a 20 year old female from Ontario seeking the HPV vaccine. Will I be eligible to receive it in BC through my Ontario health coverage? Thank you.

While in BC, non-residents can receive publicly funded (free) vaccines that they meet the eligibility criteria for from their local public health unit (a 20 year old female meets BC's eligibility criteria for the free HPV vaccine).  A health card need not be presented in public health settings.  Publicly funded vaccines are also available from some pharmacies and doctors' offices. However, non-residents may be charged a vaccine administration fee in these settings.
